Eligibility

This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participants must reside in a state permitting the legal shipment and receipt of hemp-derived products. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees of Mood.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, as well as their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

There will be three distinct and unrelated giveaways during this period:

  • The 1st giveaway begins on April 7, 2025, at 12:00 AM (PST) and ends on April 9, 2025, at 11:59 PM (PST).
  • The 2nd giveaway begins on April 12, 2025, at 12:00 AM (PST) and ends on April 14, 2025, at 11:59 PM (PST).
  • The 3rd giveaway begins on April 17, 2025, at 12:00 AM (PST) and ends on April 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM (PST).

Prize

For each giveaway:

  • One (1) winner will receive $420 in Mood.com store credit.
  • Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $420.
  • Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Mood.com's sole discretion.

Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on:

  • For the 1st giveaway: April 10, 2025.
  • For the 2nd giveaway: April 15, 2025.
  • For the 3rd giveaway: April 20, 2025.

The odds of winning the prize will be dictated by the amount of entries.

The winners will be contacted via direct message on the platform they entered.

If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.
