Mood 3-Year Anniversary Giveaway Official Rules

Eligibility

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN

This giveaway is open to legal U.S. residents who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Participants must live in a state where the shipment and receipt of hemp-derived products is legally permitted. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees of Mood.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers—as well as their immediate family members or anyone living in the same household—are not eligible to participate.

By entering this giveaway, participants accept and agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Mood.com, which shall be final in all matters. All federal and state laws apply.

Entry Period

The giveaway runs from July 30, 2025 at 12:00 AM (PST) through July 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM (PST).

Prizes

One (1) Daily Winner will be selected ( 30ct Gummies ) :

One winner announced on July 31, 2025 (from July 30 entries)
One winner announced on August 1, 2025 (from July 31 entries)

One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be announced on August 1, 2025

All winners will receive Mood goodies to celebrate 3 years.

Approximate Retail Value of Prizes (ARV): $75-$150 in product

Total ARV of all Prizes: $300

Mood.com reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or substituted, except at mood.com’s sole discretion.

Drawing

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.

Daily winners will be alerted via DM the next day.

The grand prize winner will be announced on August 1, 2025 via Instagram and/or TikTok. Acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to Mood's use of winners' name, likeness, and biographical information for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law.

Winners will be contacted via DM on the platform they entered through.

If a winner declines a prize, does not meet the eligibility requirements, does not respond within 48 hours, or if any prize is undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.

All income taxes on prizes are the winners' responsibility.

By entering this giveaway, participants waive all right to, and hold Mood.com and the Platform(s) harmless from, any claim, liability, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Mood.com and the Platforms will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, or incorrect entries; an entrant's failure to receive prize notices; technical malfunctions; any human or technical error in the processing of entries; or any other error(s) of any kind in the publishing of the offer, administration of the giveaway, or announcement of the prizes.

Choice of Law

Participants agree that all matters arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of North Carolina, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this giveaway and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Charlotte, North Carolina.
