Technically speaking, the Farm Bill legalized cannabis products containing less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC by dry weight. As gummies are relatively heavy, they can contain a lot of D9 THC whilst remaining federally lawful, and our flowers contain high amounts of naturally occurring THCa, which turns into D9 THC when smoked, giving you the same great feeling of illegal marijuana, whilst still being federally lawful.

Health and Wellness Claims: Mood is not a healthcare provider or certified wellness organization. No matter how our products make you feel or help you, we unfortunately cannot share stories that fall into this category.

Describing Mood products as “marijuana”: Mood’s products are all Farm Bill-compliant, which means they are specifically not “marijuana” but actually legal hemp, which is also known as weed, pot, and a wealth of other nicknames.
Foul or vulgar language: While we are a strictly 21+ marketplace, we still prefer to maintain a level of decency and respect on our website. For that reason, we prohibit the use of profanity in user reviews.
